Whole Turkeys

Free range whole turkeys from 4Kg to 9Kg dressed weight.

Rolls

Turkey rolls are easy to carve with no bones. They are 100% free range turkey, and may also be lightly seasoned if desired.

• Varieties:
  • Breast Rolls (plain or seasoned)
    • 100% succulent breast meat, simply rolled.
  • 80/20 Rolls (plain or seasoned)
    • 80% breast meat, 20% hindquarter meat. Basically half a turkey boned, and rolled
  • Dark Meat Roll (plain or seasoned)
    • 100% hindquarter meat, boned and rolled.

Buffes

Succulent white meat on the bone. For the white meat lover.

Hindquarters

Stir Fry

Strips of tender breast meat ready for you to add your own seasonings& vegetables. Makes an easy & economical meal.

Schnitzel

Tender breast meat, crumbed and ready to pan fry. Delicious for a light, quick and healthy meal. Makes a great turkey parmagana.

Steaks

100% tender breast meat, cut into a chunky steak, ready for the BBQ. Great to marinade or add your own sauces.

Either white or dark meat, simply minced with no additives.

Smoked Turkey Rolls

100% turkey meat, brined and lightly smoked, and ready to carve and eat. A very popular, easy to carve product. Sensational in a gourmet sandwich or a special salad.
